Saving Money With The Dubli Reverse Auction

Dubli is an online trading firm that operates world wide using a reverse auction method that saves customers significant amounts of money on things they already purchase. The shopping portal carries popular branded merchandise from manufacturers around the world. You bid for products in a safe and secure environment. Dubli\’s mission is to reduce the cost of purchasing services and merchandise for online customers using one of three methods.

Online auctions like eBay operate with the client opening with a starting bid or bidding against other clients by offering a higher dollar amount for an item. Dubli works in the opposite fashion and charges for each time you place a bid. You also cannot see the price on the item after your first bid is placed. You have the option of buying an item when you think the price is right.

The Xpress Auction is based the user clicking on the show me button to view price of the item. Each click costs $0.80 and lowers the price of the item in $0.25 increments every time the show me button is clicked. When the price is right the customer can purchase the merchandise.

The next method called the Zero Auction which works in the same way as the previous method. However, when the item hits a zero value the bidding is over. The client wins the bid for the $0.80 they paid for the price of the bid itself.

The Unique method asks the client to bid what they choose to pay for the item. Bids are placed in $0.25 increments. Unique and lowest bids win the merchandise or service.

To place a bid you need to have credits on your account, there are packages they sell to add credits. You have to pay with a credit card for your purchases, you cannot use your credits as they can only be used for placing bids. Starting prices are displayed at the start of an auction but the actual price is concealed until a credit is used and when it does the price decreases by $0.25. It can then be purchased or you can continue with the bidding.
