One of the most exciting new marketing technologies to emerge in recent years is Proximity Marketing. The number one player worldwide is Hypertag. Recently, it has been examining which customers have benefited most from using the benefits of Proximity Marketing (which is sometimes referred to as Bluetooth Marketing). It has found that a sector that is set to benefit hugely from Proximity Marketing is shopping and retail.
